Macrohabitat

Old growth Pseudotsuga menziesii stand with Abies concolor, Taxus brevifolia, Quercus kelloggii, Acer macrophyllum, and even a few small Chrysolepis chrysophylla.  Understory was open, though partly due to human activity at this site along the highway.
