Patchy old growth Pseudotsuga menziesii forest with Arbutus menziesii and Corylus cornuta forming most of understory. Quercus chrysolepis also present and more abundant nearby.  Adjacent to riparian zone with Abies concolor, P. menziesii, Taxus brevifolia, Alnus rhombifolia, Acer macrophyllum.
